Franchise Fee: $10,000 plus GST for each franchise agreement granted
Transfer Fee: 25& plus GST of the transfer fee payable by a franchisee under its franchise agreement
Initial construction consultancy Fee: $1500 plus GST
Transfer fee: 5% plus gst (if applicable) and other relevant taxes of the total consideration paid or payable for any sale, transfer or assignment you do in respect of the master franchise agreement and/or any interest in the master franchise, master franchise agreement and/or master franchisee.
Tender Pack Designs; See below

(a) Construction Consultancy Fee is payable, the Master The parties agree that every time the Initial Franchisee will also pay to the Franchisor upon its invoice an additional amount for the preparation of the Tender Pack Designs, the costs of such to be as advised by the Master Franchisor, but capped at $8,000 plus GST (if applicable) per each Tender Pack Design, this fee to be hereafter referred to as the Tender Pack Design Fee.

(b) The parties acknowledge and agree that prior to any Shop set up there must be Tender Pack Designs created, in which respect the Master Franchisor will have its Australian designer complete the first 5 Shops’ Tender Pack Designs, the Master Franchisee liable for the Tender Pack Design Fee for each Tender Pack Design upon invoice by the Master Franchisor. Thereafter, the Master Franchisee will appoint a local designer, reasonably approved by the Master Franchisor, to prepare future Tender Pack Designs, a copy of which must be provided to the Master Franchisor to reasonably approve before finalization.

(c) The parties agree that in the event the Master Franchisor does not, acting reasonably, approve the local designer and/or any Tender Pack Designs for per special condition 8(b) above, the parties agree that the costs of the Master Franchisor in dealing with this matter and/or having a replacement Tender Pack Designed is payable by the Master Franchisee upon invoice by the Master Franchisor, the costs of such to be capped at $8,000 plus GST (if applicable).
